Another day of yet another employee suffering from ‘corporate life’! Taking to Reddit, a man shared his frustration that he was left feeling after taking a leave. As per the post, he had taken a sudden leave to take care of a newborn admitted to the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). Informing about the same, he allegedly texted his manager. However, what the boss said in response left the employee rethinking his future in his current company. At first, the manager agreed for the leave, but she then moved to saying to look for a possibility of attending the office the next day. The employee then stated that he has been working dedicated ever since he joined the organisation in January, yet THIS was the response he received for a single leave.
The post went viral in an instant, leaving the internet reacting in all kinds of ways. Most suggested that the man change the organisation, while some sympathised with his situation.
