Accenture has announced a large-scale rollout of ChatGPT Enterprise to tens of thousands of its employees as part of a new strategic collaboration focused on accelerating enterprise AI adoption.
The company will integrate the tool across its consulting, operations and delivery teams, aiming to streamline internal workflows, enhance productivity and speed up client-facing work. The partnership also includes a flagship AI programme designed to help clients across sectors redesign processes, build AI-ready operations and adopt secure generative-AI systems at scale.
Accenture plans to build one of the world’s largest pools of OpenAI-certified professionals as it intensifies efforts to upskill its workforce amid rising demand for AI-enabled services.
The initiative follows a major restructuring exercise announced earlier this year, signalling the firm’s push to realign talent, reduce inefficiencies and double down on AI-driven transformation across the business.
