Coforge, a global IT solutions company, on Tuesday implemented ServiceNow’s AI-powered HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform across its global operations, as part of its enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy.
The rollout, covering over 35,000 employees worldwide, is aimed at modernising HR processes and enhancing employee experience through automation, self-service capabilities, and AI-driven insights.
According to the official press release, the GenAI-enabled platform integrates key HR functions such as onboarding, background verification, learning, and performance management into a unified system with standardised workflows.
It also leverages AI agents to enable predictive onboarding, personalised learning journeys, automated goal-setting, and real-time performance analytics.“At Coforge, ServiceNow is not just a platform we implement for customers, but it is also a platform we use internally to run and scale our own enterprise. Our adoption of ServiceNow AI-powered HRSD demonstrates how global organizations can modernize employee experience while maintaining execution discipline at scale,” said Ashish Kumar, SVP-Cloud Business, Coforge.
The platform provides employees with a single interface for accessing HR services, while offering HR leaders enhanced visibility into service performance and employee interactions through data-driven insights.
“By adopting the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities, Coforge has created an HR ecosystem that is proactive, personalized, and built for global scale. This implementation shows how AI-powered workflows can transform business operations, accelerate decision-making, and deliver measurable business impact for organizations that value speed, precision, and real-world business impact,” said Adrian Johnston, President APAC Sales, ServiceNow.
The company said the new system is expected to reduce reliance on manual processes, improve service turnaround times, and deliver greater consistency across functions including HR, IT, workplace services, and legal.
