Dubai launches AI-powered platform to connect Emirati talent with jobs and training

The Emirati Human Resources Development Council has officially launched the Emirati Smart Human Resource Platform, a digital system designed to link Emirati jobseekers with employment and training opportunities across priority sectors, as part of Dubai’s broader push to strengthen national workforce participation.

The platform was unveiled at the Dubai Emiratisation Forum organised by the Council under the theme Enduring Partnerships for Sustainable Development, following a pilot phase that began in September last year. Officials said the system aims to improve transparency, efficiency and alignment between education outcomes and labour market demand.

According to the Council, the platform serves as a centralised, AI-enabled link between Emirati talent, employers and educational institutions, supporting both recruitment and skills development. It provides automated job and training recommendations based on users’ qualifications, experience and evolving market needs, while offering employers real-time insights into recruitment performance.Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Council, said the launch marks a significant step in strengthening Dubai’s recruitment ecosystem and building a resilient national talent base. He said the platform goes beyond traditional job matching by functioning as an integrated workforce planning tool that improves coordination between employers and training providers.

Officials said the system includes executive dashboards, real-time reporting and remote interview capabilities, allowing employers to track response rates and streamline hiring processes. Jobseekers, meanwhile, gain access to up-to-date information on roles and training programmes, enabling more seamless engagement with private-sector opportunities. The Council said the platform will play a key role in advancing Emiratisation by increasing Emirati participation in strategic sectors and improving workforce readiness. It is also expected to support long-term economic objectives under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the UAE Centennial 2071, by leveraging digital innovation to enhance labour market competitiveness and sustainability.
