A Workday That Never Seems to End

The employee explained that their day begins with an in-office shift from morning until late afternoon. However, instead of concluding work at that point, they are required to continue their responsibilities remotely from home well into the night. Altogether, this routine adds up to approximately 13 hours of work each day, leaving little room for personal time or rest.

The demands do not stop during the week. The worker revealed that they are also expected to remain active on weekends, handling tasks from home even when the office itself is closed. Despite this continuous schedule, the company reportedly provides only two days of leave in an entire month, effectively eliminating the possibility of a regular weekly break.
