Enlight Metals Pvt. Ltd. has announced a significant hiring initiative to support its nationwide expansion and enhance revenue growth. The company aims to onboard 250 professionals within the next six months, focusing on strengthening its operational, commercial, and technological foundations across key regions.
Driving expansion through strategic hiring
This extensive hiring drive will facilitate the operationalisation of new regional offices and improve efficiencies through an expanding dark-store network and data-centric supply chain systems. This recruitment initiative marks one of the major growth-driven hiring efforts in India’s steel and manufacturing sector.
Building a scalable operational core

Workforce distribution across key verticals
Enlight Metals plans to hire 250 employees across various key verticals to support its expansion strategy. The workforce distribution is as follows: 80 in Operations & Dark Store Management, 70 in Sales & Business Development, 40 in Supply Chain & Logistics, 30 in Technology & Data, 15 in Customer Success & Quality Control, and 15 in Finance, HR & Compliance.
Establishing a pan-India presence
The company aims to establish a pan-India presence with four regional offices located in Pune (Headquarters and Central Operations), Mumbai/Navi Mumbai (Western Region), Delhi NCR (Northern Region), and Bengaluru (Southern Region). Additionally, it will set up ten dark stores and service centres in major metropolitan areas, including Chennai and Hyderabad, facilitating closer customer proximity, reduced turnaround times, and improved operational agility.
Projected revenue growth and market leadership
Enlight Metals anticipates significant revenue growth, projecting revenues of Rs 400 crore for FY 2025–26, Rs 1,200 crore for FY 2026–27, and Rs 2,000 crore for FY 2027–28, aiming to become a national leader in metal aggregation and AI-enabled supply chain management.
