Infosys has awarded variable bonuses of up to 83% for the September quarter, issuing payout letters to employees across several job levels on Friday, multiple media reports said.
Employees quoted in those reports said the average payout came in at around 75%, slightly lower than the preceding quarter, though the company has not commented publicly on the variation.
One employee cited in the coverage said the bonus reflected the firm’s performance-linked model, with project utilisation, business unit results and individual contributions influencing the final percentage.
